How to Take Ownership of Your Time (and still selflessly serve your family)

TUNE IN: APPLE | SPOTIFY

Time. Time is one of the biggest areas of frustration for mothers. It feels like there is never enough time to be the best mom, wife, career woman, homemaker AND take time for yourself to do the adult things you need to do (you know, pay bills and call your mom) and take care of yourself.

It’s easy to believe that, once you become a mom, your time is just no longer your own. You’re in full surrender to your children now. They call the shots, they set the schedule, and you are at their mercy. Right? Isn’t that what a mom who serves her family selflessly does?

I don’t agree. As moms, we can serve our family selflessly in a way that serves US well, too. It takes a little bit of strategic planning, but once you put the plan in place, you realize that YOU, mama, are in control in each circumstance that arises and that there is enough time.

In this episode of The Mission Motherhood Podcast, we talk about the exact strategy you need to begin taking back your time in a way that makes you feel empowered and cared for WHILE your family’s needs are cared for.
